Config ipv4 and ipv6 aliases

It is actually a lot more consistent now that way than it was ever before.

The reason the "primary" entries are still different is that "DHCP" for IPv4 etc is special magic as is some automatic handling depending on ifconfig_IF_ipv6 is there or not to make your life easier.

At least, as you can guess, I it this way a lot better.  The rc.conf man pages has a couple of rough edges still but...
