Sure. An interesting thing is, looks like when pf is not turned on (that means, no traffic forwarded to the servers that are waiting for incoming connections in their jails), the server does not hang.

I need to recompile the RELENG_9 pfctl binary, turn packet filtering on, after that I can test this.
