for src:
1. fetch tar.xz from
${mirror}/pub/FreeBSD/development/subversion/svnmirror-base-r238500.tar.xz 
2. tar xf svnmirror-base-r238500.tar.xz 
3.svnsync sync
file:///path/to/local/repo/base/
