 No.
 I check with minicom that AT+CFUN=1 (Turns modem on) give Error but 
 AT+PCSTATE=1 turns it on.
 Unfortunately when i change it in ppp.conf from AT+CFUN=1 to 
 AT+PCSTATE=1 that give me
