IPv6 / ndp taking a long time to resolve in this weeks STABLE

I've rolled everything back now to a kernel from April 1st - that
works OK. The one from April 11th does not. If I get some time I will
barrow it down.

No, that doesnt work - they both hang for a while and eventually start.
