Yes, your /etc/profile is fine, just leave your default settings for
Turkish locale.  You only need to use LC_ALL=C temporarily, for building
world and kernel.

For example, you could use:

cd /usr/src
unset LANG
unset MM_CHARSET
export LC_ALL=C
make buildworld
make buildkernel

*and problem solved...
*
