Problem with CPU freq in 7.1-STABLE -- take 2

Hi,

I noticed a problem with CPU freq in 7.1-STABLE. The maximum frequency 
showed by sysctl is 500Mhz lower than what it should be for my Pentium M 
2Ghz.
