ral timeout in RELENG_7

Greetings,

csup'd today:

I am using ral0 to setup a wireless access point.
Whenever my laptop searches for my AP I get "ral0: device timeout" I  
read in the man pages that this should not happen. However, I have  
been running an AP since RELENG_6 was formed and I have never had any  
issues with it.
