powerd freeze with amd 5000 X2 but not with lower cpus

well, seems you are mistaken, it is not fixed, the new power_profile I have on 
my current is wrong as well

it still tries to set  hw.acpi.cpu.cx_lowest but should set  

so it still gives the same erro
