buildkernel suddenly not respecting -DNO_WERROR

OK, I did a little digging and found that in src/sys/conf/kern.pre.mk, the
variable name is WERROR, not NO_WERROR (like in share/mk/bsd.sys.mk).
Problem solved. :-)
