umass0: BBB reset failed, TIMEOUT

Hello.

Got problmes with an external USB 2.0 2,5" harddrive. Short time
readings of the on-HD filesystem (msdosfs), reading 1GB in one piece
works sometimes fine, but reading more 1GB files or accessing the disk
rapidly remains the disk frozen. Kernel reports

Unmounting is impossible and remains the box frozen after a while.

Box is a AMD64 system, running a yesterday cvsupdated FreeBSD 6.0-STABLE.
ehci and uhci are enabled in kernel config. System is a ASUS A8N-SLI
Deluxe, dmesg is attached.

I googled for similar problems and found a long list since FreeBSD 5.1.
Is there an incompatibility with some chipsets?

Thanks,
Oliver
