SCSI device timeout

On my system, the problem was gone with version 1.292.2.7 of
src/sys/dev/pci pci.c, committed on 2006-01-31 14:42:43 UTC. So perhaps
it's a good idea to cvsup and rebuild again, to see if everything works
again.
