I'm not on re@ so I don't know the exact status of RC2, but currently
it's not possible to distribute it since the master server which the
FTP servers mirror from is out of service due to hardware problems.
The server "decided" to develop problems at a time when it is not
possible for anyone to get on-site to fix it, so we don't know exactly
when it will be back.
