I said mount not df.
e.g.
/dev/ad0s3a on / (ufs, local, noatime)
/dev/ad0s3g on /home (ufs, local, noatime)
/dev/ad0s3f on /usr (ufs, local, noatime)
/dev/ad0s3e on /var (ufs, local, noatime)
/dev/ad0s2 on /c (ntfs, local, read-only)
procfs on /proc (procfs, local)

mknod. Also make sure the permissions match.

Copying /dev between different OS's or even different revisions
of the same OS can cause problems.
