hang on reboot

FreeBSD 5.3-5.4 and motherboard Asus P4SP-MX hang on reboot. Last message:

No buffers busy after final sync
Uptime: 19h20m46s
Shutting down ACPI
Rebooting...

and hang. then hardware reset only (
I tried with/witout ACPI, changed all bios setting.
