RELENG_6 has problems with booting

I also tried a GENERIC. The result is the same as without GEOM_BDE, I can
boot normally but the machine will hang some minutes later.

When I boot in safe mode, the machine is usable for at least one or two days
(I then tried the other kernel).

Any hints?
