Upgrading KDE from 3.1.4 to 3.2.2

Portupgrade is a port. It lives in sysutils/portsupgrade.

There is an example supfile suitable for upgrading ports 
in /usr/share/examples/cvsup/ports-supfile. All you need to do is change the 
line specifying the cvsup-server.
