Latest snapshot 4.9 STABLE

[Stefan Wessels Beljaars]

As I posted before, these snapshots can't be build anymore due to
insufficient harddrive space on the server.

Incl. 4.9-STABLE-20040328-JPSNAP.log

Someone ougtta fix this.
