4.9-Stable DHCP and dynamic DNS updates

I was recently investigating a similar problem with my RH9 host, and 
last time I checked there was a problem regarding dynamic DNS updates 
with ISC dhclient versions prior to 3.0pl12 (or was it rc12?). What 
version do you have?
