vpn tunnel

 hi,
 does anybody has vpn running with current FreeBSD 5 ? i need to
 setup a freebsd 5 server on a static ip with vpn running, so the
 windows clients all in the world with dynamic ip cann connect to
 my server. i will be lucky if somebody has a running system and
 configuration. playing a little bit with openvpn does not have
 the results i need.

 Server: FreeBSD 5 / static internet IP / static internal ip

 Clients: windows2000 and XP with dynamic ip
