No, I have it with an rl0 (RealTek 8139).

Whether the problem occurs or not, seems to be one reboot for another.
Some kind of randomness seems to be the case....
Yesterday I had this problem, rebooted and its fine now for over 12 hours.
Hard to say when and how it happens.

Fix is needed really quickly!!
Who did latest arp patch to the kernel?
