sunblade 2500 and mpt driver having interrupt issues?

Hello,
I am trying to get freebsd sparc64 version 12.1 stable running on this
machine, and I seem to be plagued with mpt scsi resets hanging the system.

It was working fine with freebsd 10.1 and 10.3, but upon upgrading to 12, I
have not been able to boot up fully, just an occasional single user mode
boot works.  I should point out that I have an intel 1000 dual port nic and
SuperMicro sata card in the system that uses the mvs driver, but again,
this setup was working fine in 10.x stable.

As a troubleshooting exercise, I have built current, and rebooted after the
buildkernel step, and that panics the system and throws me to the kdb
prompt you see below, but I think it panics because of some interrupt
issues perhaps?  I am guessing it is the same issue I was getting with 12,
stable but stable was not panicking every reboot - it would some most of
the time just hang and not finish the boot process.

Below are some of the typical errors I am getting.  I have tried removing
or disabling (via device hints or boot command line) usb, audio but doesn't
seem to help.

Any suggestions?
