pkgng

Hello,
please can some one help me. Is possible to use pkgng on the FreeBSD 9 or
10 SPARC64?
I am using in FreeBSD9.2 stable binaries packages with old tool pkg_add ,
but there are not many packages or this packages are outdated.
I found only this unofficial packages site http://dev.bsdrp.net/pkg/ for
pgkng.
Please, if exist next packages site, can you write me this sites?
