Installation in qemu

Hi together,
I'm new to this list and I hope to have the right address.

When booting FreeBSD 9.1 in qemu (from ISO
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/9.1/FreeBSD-9.1-RELEASE-sparc64-bootonly.iso)
using
<code>
qemu-system-sparc64 -hda
/home/richter/QemuHardDisks/freebsd_9_1_sparc64.img -cdrom
/home/richter/OS/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-9.1-RELEASE-sparc64-bootonly.iso -boot
d -m 512
</code>
The booting does not further than
<output>
jumping to kernel entry at 0xc0098000
</output>
(see screenshot). If I use 7.3 and 8.3 sparc64 version the same occurs
with address 0xc0088000.
