Very little.  The T1 platform is very different architecturally.

UltraSPARC III is actually very similar to UltraSPARC II, the problems
with getting FreeBSD running on it has been due to the documentation for
key chips (for example the Host-PCI bridge) being totally unavailable
until quite recently.
