freebsd is self-hosting on the T1

I'm proud to announce that FreeBSD can now buildworld on the UltraSPARC T1.

For those who have access to perforce you can get the
"//depot/projects/kmacy_sun4v/..." tree and then cross-build:

% make buildworld TARGET_ARCH=sparc64 TARGET=sun4v
