ULE causes spontaneous reboots on sparc64

When I try and run ULE on this 12-processor e4500 sparc64, it reboots
(not panics) within a few seconds.  It appears to be more stable on a
quad e450, but it suggests that there is something wrong that is being
triggered in the large multi-CPU case.
