sunblade 150 install bug report

Using the 5.4 boot only cd i tried to install on a sunblade 150.  I have
the same issue that I have seen in older versions of bsd, every thing
works untill you get to formating the drives i get an error:

ad0:  Timeout - Read_dma retrying (2 retries left)

ad0:  Timeout - Read_dma retrying (1 retries left)


ad0:  Failure - Read_dma time out

Then it hangs.  If any other information would be helpful please let me
know.
