READ_BIG timed out installing 5.4-BETA1 on Blade-100

Sun seem to have tweaked the firmware on the CDROM drive they put into
the Sun Blade 100's.  You can most likely install by issuing

    hw.ata.atapi_dma=0

at the loader "OK" prompt (stop the default count-down).
