FYI, the change below should fix the issues with ATA66 ("TIMEOUT -
WRITE_DMA retrying", etc.) and the data corruption seen with the
onboard Acer M5229 in sun4u machines (Blade 100, Netra X1, ...). 
It's also planned to be MFC'ed to RELENG_6 in time for 6.0.
