Turning mpsafevm on by default on sparc64

Any objection to throwing the switch to turn mpsafevm on by default on 
sparc64?  So far my only problems on my ultra60 seem to be that the time 
counter stops ticking for some reason that I've yet to determine, but that 
there don't seem to be any vm-related issues anymore.
