I just bought an Ultra 10, and when attempting to install 5.2.1 the Sun 
keyboard doesn't work.  Google uncovered several similar stories, 
installation has to be serial port only.

Question:  Is this an installation issue only?  Or must an Ultra 10 be a 
serial or headless device always?
