tftp install loader

The loader of at least the recent FreeBSD/sparc64 install media support
tftp. As I guess you already downloaded an ISO image or the distfiles
to get a kernel etc. just mount the ISO image and copy the loader over
to your tftp server or extract it from the base distribution files.
