I wanted to keep the directions as "general" as possible, such
that they gave the correct commands for almost any upgrade.  I
only did changes specific to this 64-bit time_t upgrade where I
absolutely had to (mainly the 'installworld_oldk' script).

Hmm.  Yeah, that would probably be a good idea.
