Building the wmcpuload port seems to trigger this:

checking for IceConnectionNumber in -lICE... yes
checking for XShapeCombineMask in -lXext... yes
checking for XpmCreatePixmapFromData in -lXpm... yes
checking for ANSI C header files... memchr: not found
