U1E and U2 are supported system?

Yes.  You'll need to get one of the 5.3-BETA releases for it to work.
What's available on the FTP sites now is BETA1 but if you wait until
tomorrow BETA2 should be there.  The build machine is working on
assembling the ISO's now.
