I'm running Vinum (a replacement for the less functional CCD) on a Sun
Netra T1 105 to mirror my /usr and /var partitions between the two
drives w/ FreeBSD 5.2.1-REL. It is working perfectly so far! The only
problem I have run into is that the trick to boot off of a vinum root
partition on i386 does not work the same way with the sun disk label.
So right now I have a normal root partition on each drive (using the
ssync program to mirror them every 5 minutes) and /var and /usr are
Vinum mirrored.
