Problem on Intel E7501CW2 SMP

Dear All,
            I have a Server box with Intel E7501CW2 with Dual Xeon 2.4G =
CPUs, after install with whatever FreeBSD 4.9 / 4.10 / 5.2.1
            All version got problem, when i reboot, sometime it will =
hang up with panic , the error message will be something like:
            APIC #3 (.....) Failed....etc...
            Anyone has got same problems, please advise how to solve it.
