5.1-R-p2 crashes on SMP with AMI RAID and Intel 1000/Pro

I tried to shutdown the system just e few minutes ago and it hangs with this error message:

cpu_reset: Stopping other CPUs

cpuid = 0; lapic.id = 01000000

That's the OS ... not spontanous reboot caused by low power, or do I err?
