| At the moment i can get it down to about 41MB by mounting the
| partition and deleting some files i dont need in /sbin and /usr/sbin

I don't know what you're trying to achieve, but you might take a look at
m0n0wall <> the 1.3 branches uses 6.x and fits in
something like 10MB.
