First 5.4-STABLE NanoBSD image uploaded

As promised earlier, I have started to uploade some nanobsd images
with corresponding configuration files.

The first one is for the small soekris boxes, the NET4526 and NET4826
which only have 64 MB Flash:

I hope this image gives a good starting point for people.
