old picobsd reference configs "attic"ized...

Just a minor note for the record... 5 weeks ago it
looks like luigi committed to the attic the "dial",
"isp", "net", and "router" picobsd reference 
configurations.  So now only the "bridge" configuration
is left, but it's the only one up-to-snuff as a 
current starting configuration anyway, so the result
is that things are likely all-around cleaner.
