While talking about symlinks in jails: I'm hijacking this thread to  
point you to http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/107135  
which is a patch for the ezjail port to handle links to packages in a  
sensible way. So far I didn't got a response from you.
