updated isp(4) driver available

I see that there were great steps forward with the isp(4) driver back in 
June! :)

Has this been committed to any of the stable releases as of yet, or is 
this still a patch? We've not been able to get some Qlogic isp2310's 
(single port, 2gb FC) cards working for quite a while now in one of our 
Sun mail clusters. Any input would be great!
