Currently there is redmine version 3.2.3 in ports which has known issue with
mercurial version 4.1 and newer: http://www.redmine.org/issues/24999.
This bug is fixed in Redmine 3.2.6 at 4th of April but FreeBSD redmine port has
not been updated yet. Consequently, current redmine port can't work with
current mercurial port repos.

Bugfix: update redmine to 3.2.6 or newer
