Ruby port for v1.7.22

Hi, just checking to see if you have noticed the port diff I submitted here.

This version includes some merged changes that allow jnr-ffi to function correctly on a FreeBSD 10+ system where the /usr/lib/libc.so is a script rather than a symlink.
