[Gitlab] Current Status of the port

That fixed it, thanks. At this point, gitlab seems fully functional. I'll start
working on committing all the gems. Then we can focus on cleaning up gitlab
itself (making portlint happy, improving rc script, etc.) and getting it
committed. Thanks for all your hard work!
