Yes, though I'll defer the details of where exactly env -i is placed and
exactly what values go into PATH to Devin and yourself to work out.  I do not
believe that service(8) includes %%Prefix%% and if those are included do the
not go before /sbin:/bin so that /usr/local can over ride system?  But again I
defer to you and Devin on those details.
