Microphone stopped working in Frefox and Chrome

I have updated the port audio/pulseaudio locally on my system to now

$ pkg info | grep pulse
pulseaudio-14.2_1              Sound server for UNIX

and will later file a PR and provide a patch. But re/ hot plug the
situation has not changed (or I do miss some configuration for it).
