What are good mail hosts to use with FreeBSD mailing lists?

Google knows who you are across your use of all their services, by 
identifying your computer(s). A separate Gmail account won't hide you 
from that.

For example, your use of Gmail for this list will affect what videos 
Youtube suggests to you.
